The project began as a cross-functional partnership with human resources to understand the current employee (brand) experience, develop a prescriptive workplace culture that sets employees up for success, and define the employee value proposition.
I gained executive leadership support, led a global facility survey assessment, assembled facility design selections, recieved leadership endorsement and coordinated with facility leaders to include in their improvement plan schedule.
Our belief was that no matter which facility you call home - whether it's headquarters, East Troy, Michigan or Warrington, UK - all employees and visitors should be able to experience a personal connection with the brand.
